Here are some topics of discussion for Hashimoto's Thyroiditis symptoms. For me, the most bothersome symptoms are brain fog and fatigue. I used to be sharp and full of energy and now I feel like I am living my life underwater. Diet and exercise help, but I've been dealing with the TSH rollercoaster because of stress from work.

Please, feel free to add your comments and thoughts on the subject. Know that you're not alone and there are plenty of people going through the same things you are.
